INTD182.23 Environmental Sustainability
  1 Credit               Open to freshmen or with
                                instructor's permission
 

This course will look at environmental sustainability as a concept, as a campus-wide and international goal, and as a framework for specific action.  Includes possible field trips on campus, and discussion of specific projects taking place at UConn.  Course will discuss personal values and practices, social values, and public policy.

First-Year students may register for INTD 182.23, which is course # 19380.  Other students may attend the first or second class to obtain a permission number. Please contact Brenda Shaw at Brenda.Shaw@uconn.edu for further information, or just come to class!

NOTE: This course was originally listed as Preservation: A Sacred Trust, but the title has since been changed to Environmental Sustainability to make the content more clear.
