

On March 25, 2008 President Hogan joined more than 500 college and university leaders in signing the American College and University Presidents Climate Commitment (ACUPCC). Signing the ACUPCC will put UConn on a path toward reducing its carbon footprint and ultimately achieving carbon neutrality. To meet this commitment, President Hogan has created a Climate Action Taskforce charged with developing a plan and institutional framework (see membership and notes below).
